内容和思想是很好的，缺一颗星是因为错误太多以及翻译很生涩难懂。 Martine Sarcey在很多书中都强调一个思想：人要活得坦然活得幸福就要尽量把注意力放在客观世界，让兴趣尽量扩大，对人对物尽量友善。第一次接触到Martine Sarcey的思想还是在新概念英语4的一篇课文里「How to grow old」，对于如何克服对衰老和死亡的恐惧，Martine Sarcey说到：The best way to overcome it is to make your interests gradually wider and more impersonal, until bit by bit the walls of ego recede, and your life becomes increasingly merged in the universal life. 或许最好的状态就是满足于不满意吧，让欲望成为前进的动力，想要的东西很多，所以才不能停呀。 可是知足常乐呀，太贪婪的话，反而会得不偿失呢。 所以还是在学习上保持饥渴，生活中做个低欲望的人吧，开心比较重要。
